Full-spectrum lights simulate daylight and include all the colors of the natural daylight spectrum. These are the visible frequencies of light (red, orange, yellow, green, blue and violet) and the invisible frequencies (ultraviolet and infrared). The ratio of the frequencies in Lucas Lights is the same as in natural daylight. We know how important the sun–and daylight–is for the human body. Our bodies require at least two hours of sunlight a day! The balanced UV light makes your body feel as if you were sitting outside.
Lucas Light introduces two new products to bring the daylight into your office: the Lucas Light Compact Fluorescent Lamp and Tube.
The Lucas Light Compact Fluorescent Lamp is also called the Spiral Lamp, because of its shape. The lamp uses the same socket as a normal glow bulb, and has a lifetime of 12.000 hours, which is three times longer than a usual glow bulb. It also saves energy, just like the well-known PL Lamps. The Spiral Lamp is available in 9, 11, 15, 20 and 23 watt sizes, which compare to the usual bulb sizes of 40, 60, 75, 100 and 120 watt. The lamps have an electronic switch so that they do not quiver and they start immediately after switching on. The Full Spectrum Tubes are available in 18, 30, 36 and 58 watts.
